If your accessibility concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a formal grievance.

A formal complaint should be submitted in writing and include the following details:

• Your name, address, and the date of the complaint.
• A detailed description of the accessibility barrier.
• The specific web address (URL) where the problem occurred.
• The solution you are seeking.
• Your email address and telephone number.

You may also make a verbal complaint by visiting our administrative office during business hours or by calling (855) 678-SUSD (7873).

1. Acknowledgement: You will typically be contacted within 5 business days of the District receiving your complaint.
2. Investigation: The District Webmaster or a designee will investigate the issue. The investigation is generally completed within 15 business days.
3. Report & Resolution: You will receive a written report of the findings and any corrective actions to be taken.
4. Record Keeping: The District maintains a record of all formal complaints and their resolutions.

Please note: Whenever possible, we will provide you with access to the requested information before the investigation is fully completed.

Our website contains links to sites that are outside of our control (for example, educational resources, news outlets, or partner organizations). While we encourage third-party sites to adhere to accessibility standards, SUSD cannot guarantee their compliance or be responsible for their content.
