Meet Our Technology Supervisor: Robert Plutchak
Robert earned his Microsoft MCP, MCP+I, and MCSE certifications early in his career. Those formative years highlighted the importance of expanding his technical depth and breadth, leading him to gain hands-on experience with network cable installation, switch and router configuration, backup systems, and diverse operating systems, including Linux, UNIX, and Windows.
This ongoing theme of identifying and addressing gaps in technological knowledge proved to be a valuable lesson early on—one that would recur frequently throughout his career. It also reinforced the importance of recognizing weaknesses within a particular discipline, an awareness that continues to drive his professional growth and adaptability.
Outside of work, Robert is an avid technology hobbyist and gamer who also enjoys cooking and playing several musical instruments. He continues to explore new tools, systems, and innovations with the same curiosity and dedication that have fueled his passion for technology throughout his career.
