Meet Our Director: Raechelle Morgan

Mrs. Morgan brings a wealth of experience to her role. She previously worked as a Special Education Counselor and Evaluator for the Northern Bureau of Indian Education schools, serving communities on the Hopi reservation and throughout the Navajo Nation. Her clinical background includes serving as a Supervising Program Clinician at Four Corners Detox Recovery in Gallup, New Mexico.

In addition to her district leadership, Mrs. Morgan owns Excellence in Counseling and Consultation, a small business offering counseling and evaluation services for special education and clinical programs.

She holds a Level-2 School Psychologist Licensure, along with two Master of Arts degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies in Psychology and Special Education and Counseling from Western New Mexico University. She is currently completing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Behavioral Health.
