Budget & Financial Planning: We develop and monitor the district's annual budget, working closely with the Board of Education and administration to align resources with our strategic goals.

Payroll & Employee Benefits: Our team manages all aspects of employee compensation, from processing paychecks to administering health insurance, retirement, and other benefits.

Accounts Payable & Purchasing: We process payments to vendors and manage the purchasing process for everything from classroom technology to facility maintenance.

Financial Reporting & Transparency: We maintain accurate financial records and produce clear, accessible reports for the Board of Education, state agencies, and our community.
